BOSSIER MAYOR CHANDLER USES CITY SECRETARY FOR WIFE'S PARTY

It’s great that Bossier Mayor Tommy Chandler threw a big wing-ding party for his wife's 50th birthday. And on top of that sent out a nice invite for the soiree at Louisiana Downs.

Only problem is that the RSVP was to his secretary at city hall, paid with city dollars.

Hmm ... is the birthday party of the mayor’s wife official city business?

Seemingly, that is a violation of state ethics for government officials.

But then, it is Bossier City.

Who knows?
